Is it possible to redirect to a Convio URL with a dynamic unique identifier?

For example, a page we would be redirecting to (upon someone clicking on our ad, being sent to our .ORG website, and then clicking a 'Registration' button which leads to Convio) is one like this (* symbols are just substitutes for privacy reasons, they're normally just text) :

The only thing that is dynamic is that number 297515580, which is a dynamically created ID in Convio representing a unique visitor. 

Is there a way to set this up so that the user ID is ignored or considered static by AdWords? I am not aware of a way to use Upgraded URLS including parameters for a page URL that includes something dynamic.

Hi,

I think a good fit for your use case is the {ignore} ValueTrack parameter. Per that link, this parameter tells AdWords that anything after that parameter does not alter the content of the final landing page.
