Reach the accounts limit under my MCC

Hi,I recently reached the active account number limit under my MCC, so I’m unable to create a new sub account anymore.
The only solution I found is canceling some accounts that are not sustainable for my business (I may have more than 2000 active users at the same time).I’m wondering if there are any solutions to increasing the limit of active accounts and if not possible, what is the best practice for this case?

Hi Maxime,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I see that you have issues with hitting your manager account limits and was wondering if there are any best practices that we recommend. According to this document, if you happen to hit your limit on the amount of accounts your MCC can manage, we recommend that you create a new parallel top-level manager account to handle new client accounts. Let me know if you have further questions.
