Is it possible to resend email invitation to Google Ads account?

Hello,

When I create an Ads account for a user and link it to my MCC account, the user gets an invitation email that they have to accept. 

Until it's accepted I am not able to manipulate or even access the account (I get GoogleAdsException when I call GetCustomer with the account's reference name).

Question - is there a way to resend the invitation email if the user claims they haven't received the email?

Hi Kuznetsov,

Thank you for reaching out. I’m not sure if you sent out the invitation via API or the Google Ads UI. However, if the client has not received the email you could definitely extend the invitation again via API or UI. You could refer to this guide on how to extend the invitation to link the customer account via the Adwords API.

Hi Xiaoming, 

I am creating an account using Google Ads API. While doing that, I pass the inviteeEmail to the create method. I was wondering how to repeat the invitation using Ads API.

Thank you for reaching out. You could just repeat the process to send out the invitation one more time and check if the user receives it in their email address.
