Hello,

I am trying to get the placeholder feed item report  and I am including following columns

                "CampaignId",
                "CampaignName",
                "AdGroupId",
                "AdGroupName",
                "FeedId",
                "FeedItemId",
                "DisapprovalShortNames",
                "PlaceholderType",
                "ValidationDetails",
                "Clicks",
                "Impressions",
                "Conversions",

I need to get the Zero Impression Report but API fails and it says [fieldPath: ; trigger: includeZeroImpressions is not supported for this request; errorString: ReportDownloadError.ZERO_IMPRESSIONS_REQUEST_NOT_SUPPORTED]

Can Anyone tell me whats wrong here? I checked all columns and doc says it supports zero impression report

Regards,
Ronak shah

Hi Ronak,

The Placeholder report does not support zero impression. If you'll check the CampaignId and AdGroupId attributes in the said report, the value for "Supports Zero Impressions" is false. That said, you need to set the includeZeroImpressions property to false in your request.

Let me know if you have further clarifications.

Thanks,
Vincent

Hello Vincent,

Thank you for your response.I have removed the CampaignId and AdgroupId and now its running perfectly fine. However I have one more issue,  in the report I can see many rows with Disapproval reasons ["Unavailable feed image"]  and Approval Status = Disapproved.

I checked the adwords account and I didn't see any of the ad Extensions disapproved then Why I am getting this in report saying that its disapproved

Can you please look into this?

Thanks,
Ronak Shah

Hi Ronak,

Could you confirm if both your API report and AdWords UI have the same filter? If you can confirm this and yet, they don't have the same results (API has disapproval reasons and UI doesn't have any), then could you provide your UI screenshot as well as your clientCustomerId and report definition so I could further check this?
