Google Customers endpoint returns 500 Internal Error

Hello, we started receiving a lot of 500 internal errors from the API since ~2 hours ago.
For example calling this endpoint (customer id removed on purpose): https://googleads.googleapis.com/v5/customers/#####/googleAds:search
