Being Blocked to edit budgets on Adwords after site theme update

Hi all,

The client just changed over to new website theme yesterday, I lost my ability to change budgets in adwords today. Is this a Google tag thing or? Adwords tag missing issue?
It blocked me to make me contact support to I guess re verify?
