How to capture/generate "Reach"

In the image there's a "Reach" column next to the location. How is this figure derived as is it possible to capture/generate it in code?

Thanks for reaching out. It is not currently possible to obtain this figure in the Ads API. However, I have submitted an internal feature request, subject to review. New features will be announced on the release notes.
