Through how many weeks will be activated developer token, if the first application was sent on November 19, and was filled with an additional form to speed up the activation process?

Once you fill out the form for Basic Access, you should hear from the Compliance Team within a few business days. If you still haven't heard back from them, you can contact them by filling out this form.
