In Targeting Option at Audience segment, there is a search bar,  where we can search for different queries like 'food', 'travel' and we get the list of . I need list or api for all the possible options available in  "Detailed Demographics","Affinity, in market and life events","yout data and similar segments","combined segments","custom segments"

You may want to check out user_interest, life_event, topic_constant, detailed_demographic and user_list.

Refer to the red part of the picture attachment, I think what we need is the search function.

how should it be implemented through GoogleAds Api V10,   user_interest, life_event, topic_constant, detailed_demographic and user_list  The above list search results are not the same as those on the UI.
