Colon in Company name

I have a weird problem. My client's name has a : in it.
i.e.
my $useragent = 'xyz:abc Solutions: AdWords API Perl Sample Code';

Notice the : ?
How can I work around this?

Hello Jean,

I'm not sure why that would be a problem--the value you pass in for
the useragent SOAP header is just for identification purposes and
shouldn't affect functionality. You can put just about any string
you'd like there; we just give a dummy value in our sample code.
