Hi

I am using Googla Ads APi (with the PHP SDK) to upload offline conversions.
Basically i am passing as a parameter the action_id, GCLID,  ConversionDate Time
and conversion Value.

The response look from the SDK ok:

Uploaded click conversion that occurred at '2025-09-xx xx:xx:xx-xx:xx' from Google Click ID 'EAIaIQobChMI_oadjbfDjwMVrUVBAh0kWwF4EAAYASAAEgJLH_D_BwE' to 'customers/xxxxx/conversionActions/xxxx':

But the problem is that conversion is not showing in the Google UI for that given account/date

Here is the reponse in the log
Response:
{
"results":[{"gclid":"EAIaIQobChMI_oadjbfDjwMVrUVBAh0kWwF4EAAYASAAEgJLH_D_BwE","conversionAction":"customers/xxxxxx/conversionActions/xxxxxx","conversionDateTime":"xxxx-xx-xx xx:xx:xx-01:00"}],"jobId":"7106115500192240814"}

Thank you very much!

Regards

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the Google Ads API support team.

Your account statistics (like clicks, conversions, and impressions) are typically delayed by less than 3 hours. Conversions using attribution models other than "last click" may be delayed by up to 15 hours. So, wait the minimum stipulated time to reflect the metrics in the Google Ads UI. For more information, please refer to the data freshness help center article for more information.

If you believe that the above reason does not cause the conversion discrepancy in your situation, and given that you are uploading conversions via the API, kindly provide the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end when uploading via the API. Also confirm that only one conversion is uploaded via the API.

Kindly note that you have to enable logging if you are using a client library. You can refer to the guides for Java.NetPHPPythonRuby, or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via the Reply privately to the author option or direct private reply to this email.

Thanks,
