Free Adwords To Offer To My Customers (How?)

i notice that alot of hosting companies offer £50 free adwords to
there customers.
i have bought a reseller hosting company to sell hosting and domain to
my customers (www.stockporthosting.co.uk). I wish to offer them free
google adwords to each new customer that sign up for a hosting package
with me.

how can i give them the free £50 voucher ?

how do the big companies do it ?
