Empty name for AdWords account (non-MCC)

I'm requesting the following fields from the ManagedCustomerService:

• CustomerId
• Name
• CanManageClients
  

Works well enough for most accounts, but the following accounts returns an empty Name: 1520805252

Do you know why that is?
