to AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum

While trying to adjust the budget using a budget id and the BudgetService I am getting the following error:

OperationAccessDenied.MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT @ operations[0]; trigger:'AdSubProductTypeGroup = EXPRESS_IN_ADWORDS'

I did some research and I read that this is because I have an Express Adwords account.

Would anyone know any solutions to this problem? Is the only option to change to full Adwords account ?

Thanks for reaching out. The error MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT error is triggered when the attempted operation cannot be performed through the API. Could you please share the complete detailed request and response logs of the call via Reply privately to the author so that I can further investigate the issue. You can find information on enabling logging in the ReadMe of your client library. In case you are not able to reply privately author option, you can provide logs via email the api alias or directly to the forum but to be sure to remove any confidential info as mentioned here.
