Returning keywords from KeywordToolService for all countries and territories

Hi,
I am writing a PHP script which uses getKeywordVariations to return
lists of new keywords (I previously used the Keyword tool at
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal), and would like
to return results for English in All Countries and Territories.

This was easy enough using the KeywordTool, but I cannot figure out
how to return results for All Countries and Territories using the
Adwords API.

Hello Peter,

If you leave out the "countries" parameter to the
getKeywordVariations() call, I believe it will default to All
Countries and Territories. That's what appears to be happening when I
run some tests at least.
