Responsive search ad approval

Hi,

With the responsive search ad, we will be creating multiple headlines and descriptions for each ad. Each headline / description has an approval status. My questions is:

If there's one headline / description NOT approved, will the ad be running (and thus incurring cost) with the rest of the headlines / descriptions?

Thank you for raising this concern to Google Ads API team.

Upon checking your concern, it appears that it is policy related and more on product specific. With this, I would suggest raising this question to the product via this link as they are more equipped here to clarify whether the ad will be running (and thus incurring cost) with the rest of the headlines / descriptions if one of them is disapproved.
