No response for developer token application

We applied for google ad basic access developer token a week has past without any response

I don't have a case ID yet even though I applied twice on the Google Ads API support team

And btw I can see many people like me here who are facing the same issue, what is going on with Google Ads API support team? why are they not moving forward?
