What's the correct URL pattern for {lpurlpath}?

We are using Google Adwords API to manage the Dynamic search Ads with support on the tracking parameters. We find that the API document regarding the {lpurlpath} is not correct:

From the Google API doc: 

https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/AdGroupAdService.DynamicSearchAd

• {lpurlpath} will be replaced with the path and query part of the landing page URL and can be added to a different URL, e.g.: "http://www.mygoodbusiness.com/tracking/{lpurlpath}".

However, when we try the example URL http://www.mygoodbusiness.com/tracking/{lpurlpath}  in Google Adwords UI, we got validation error as shown in the below snapshot.

We also tried URL patterns such as:

http://www.mygoodbusiness.com/tracking={lpurlpath}

http://www.mygoodbusiness.com?tracking={lpurlpath}

http://www.mygoodbusiness.com/tracking?{lpurlpath}

All are rejected by Google Adwords UI with the same validation errors.  When using the API to add the Dynamic search Ads, we also get AdError.INVALID_DSA_URL_TAG error for those URL patterns.

So what is the exact URL pattern of {lpurlpath}?  It will be great if you could provide an example on the URL string that {lpurlpath} get resolved to in Google side?
