TargettingIdeaService and RFM

For using TargettingIdeaService and TrafficEstimate according to requirements my application must provide a large amount of another functional. So i can do it, but in the form of requests for access api i must describe all used api methods and design documentation,
but my design documentation describe only needed functional based on TargettingIdeaService and TrafficEstimate method  it conducts analytics queries competitors and with data from another service  helps create effective advertisements for the right site places - so what i can write about other methods if its will be exists only for RFM ? Or it`s mean that my api request for my purpose will be rejected ?
