Request AdvertisingChannelSubType field for reporting

In the following document it states that AdvertisingChannelSubType field is not available in the API.  We are not looking to change/mutate this field but only report on it like the Campaign subtype in the UI.

Would it be possible to add this feature to the Google Ads API?
