Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Kindly note that opt in or out of Performance Max landing page images are currently not possible in the Google Ads API. I will raise a request for this feature to become available in the Google Ads API. However, I cannot provide a scheduled timeline for its availability in the API. I would recommend you to please follow our blog post and release notes for any future updates regarding this feature.
