How can i calculate each years  Search head of a keyword for last 10 years.

You can use KeywordPerformanceReport from our report types guide to get the above data. Please see our Reporting Basics guide for various supported Date Range Types.

I would suggest using CUSTOM_DATE type because it fits your use case.
