How to fetch campaign budget and sub account balance under a manager account

Could you please guide us on fetching campaign budgets and sub-account balances within a manager account? We're managing multiple campaigns and sub-accounts and need real-time budget consumption for optimization. Any advice on API endpoints, tools, or procedures would be highly appreciated.

On the other hand, with regards to sub account balances, are you referring to invoice (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/billing/invoice)? If not, kindly elaborate your use case here and share to us the entire screenshot (uncropped) on what you want to retrieve in Google Ads UI so we can guide you accordingly.

Use Case:
Account Manager -> Manager Account
Account User -> Sub Account
When an account user creates a campaign in a particular day we want to fetch how much money was added to create a campaign and how much of that money has been utilised by the campaign out of the money added to the wallet 

Please let us know how we can fetch the same, also if the campaign is paused how is the unconsumed money managed? Are we able to fetch the same?

Moreover, you may also check out the other fields on the campaign resource (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v14/campaign#metrics.cost_micros) that may be helpful to your use case. If this does not help, kindly share to us the entire screenshot (uncropped) of the data you want to retrieve in UI so we can guide you precisely.
