Cost reporting on campaigns do not account for over-delivery

Hi,

We have a service running, which fetches all our accounts spend each month. 

Something we've noticed is that the cost reported from the API includes over-delivery costs (which are not billed on the invoice). This meaning that the amount would be a large sum than what was actually billed from Google.

My question is; is it possible to fetch billed cost, and not just all costs (including over-delivery costs) using the API? 

We are currently using the metrics.cost_micros attribute from the API.

Can you check on this Invoice guide and let us know if this is what you're looking for? Can you also share to us a screenshot from the Google Ads UI so we can verify if this is indeed available in the API?

In addition to that, you can also check on this guide as to how your Account data is updated and that adjustments may still be applied to correct your metrics.
