You may refer to this guide for more information on reporting using AdWords API. Also, you may check this guide for formal grammar for reference. You may consider using the SelectorBuilder class in AdWords API, and find this examples where using predicates.

Please note that the AdWords API is deprecated, and will be sunset on April 27, 2022. We strongly recommend that you migrate to the Google Ads API as soon as possible.
