Can i use Ads API for my SEO Tool

Hi,

I saw many big seo tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.

They use Google Ads API i think....

There are also some reseller of these API that claim they have thier own data.. which is impossible because no one excluding know the exact search volume number.

I am thinking to make my own Keyword research tool.... I use savral APIs... on of them Ads API, is google allow this?

Can i use it? If so, is it paid?

If not, how and why other tools use this.

Note: I want to know Official Answer, what google policy say about this.

As for your concern if Google will allow to use the Ads API for the SEO Apps, since the API is publicly available then you can feel free to integrate the API to the SEO Apps or to any other 3rd-party applications.
