Hello, Is there a way that google ads API send webhook requests means to notify subscribed application via rest or grpc call when an event occurs?

Hello Bryan,

I know you this question was 3 months ago, but I had to put it aside for a while. I have followed the doc and it's very vague, there is no description of how to register the webhook URL and event / topic (campaign updated, ad group created,... etc) something like this:

- register webhook: usually there is an api at the backend side (google ads in this case) to register the end and webhook url from my application

- receive a webhook when the event/related topic gets updated. 

is there a way to do this with google ads?

it's me again. just to be 100% clear, what i'm after is to get notifications when specific metrics related to specific campaigns or ads get updated. for example clicks, conversions,... etc.

I am a colleague of Bryan and let me provide support to your concern.

I am afraid that implementation of Google Ads API / AdWords API to Webhook is out of our scope already so I wouldn't be able provide support to your concern. You will need to implement it on your end.

As for getting notifications when something changes in campaigns or ads metrics, this is not possible with the said APIs. You can only retrieve historical data of the campaign, ads and any entities of your Google Ads account using the Google Ads API report (reporting in AdWords API).
