Olá Pessoal sou novo no fórum, estou começando a aprender sobre API do Google AdWords, criei uma MCC Teste porem não estou conseguindo autenticar pelo 

pois ele me retorna o seguinte erro 

An error has occured: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: coldn't load from 'https://adwords-sandbox.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201409/CampaingService?wsdl' : failed to load external entity 'https://adwords-sandbox.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201409/CampaingService?wsdl'

Alguém pode me ajudar por favor?
