Google Ads API Basic os Standard Access?

Hello,

when I look at my Google Ads API Center I see that I have a basic access (according to Google's documentation it allows 15.000 requests/24 hours), but when I look at my Google Cloud System Quotas & Limits I see an unlimited access both for basic and standard level as shown in the images attached.

Which one should I trust?

I requested the Standard level of access about 3 months ago but everytime Google replied with more questions and I haven't heard back since last month.
