Can the content of [notification] be obtained through API?
We now want to obtain certain types of data in the [notification], such as [Account suspended], [Terminated account (abuse category)]

You can fetch the account status such as suspended, closed and canceled, enabled using the customer report.

Also, you may try the following GAQL query :

SELECT customer.id, customer.descriptive_name, customer.status FROM customer

Additionally, you can utilize the Query Builder and Query Validator to build and validate your queries. To retrieve Google Ads API entities and reporting data, you can use one of these methods like GoogleAdsService.SearchStream or GoogleAdsService.Search.
