Hi,
Thank you for providing the additional information.
Please be informed that I have removed your latest response from the forums as it contains the PII information.
The
offline_conversion_upload_conversion_action_summary is available starting in v17, which aggregates upload diagnostics at the conversion action level. So, I would suggest you refer to the Monitor offline data diagnostics, as it helps to find the overall health of the conversion upload processes. I have executed the below query to retrieve conversion upload diagnostics at the conversion action level for the conversion action '
7025544472'. I can see 2 successful events under 2 job ID's 6631268967015444824 and 1114921298406061016. The job_summaries gives the successful_count, failed_count, and pending_count of the 7 most recent upload requests, grouped by job_id. I couldnot find the job ID: 5235925623946019652 under the 7 most recent uploaded requests.
If you think the job: 5235925623946019652 is successful, then I can confirm the same as in the UI I can see the value under 'All conv. (by conv. time)' recorded for the date '2025-02-05' is '1'. The 'All conv. value (by conv. time)' is also recorded as '111'. Attaching the screenshot for your reference.
It is important to make sure that you are comparing the "successfully uploaded conversions" in both the API and the UI. Also, note that the count of "successfully uploaded conversions" via the API doesn't necessarily equal the count of reported conversions, and this is expected. I would recommend you refer to this
Help Center article for more information on why the uploaded conversions are missing from your conversion reporting and the reasons for discrepancies in conversion uploads.
Note that the uploaded conversions are reflected in reports for the "
impression date of the original click", not the date of the upload request or the date of the conversion_date_time of the
ClickConversion. So, I would suggest you to make sure that the UI is displaying a timeframe that reaches the dates of the original clicks. To report on conversions by conversion date in Google Ads, add the relevant "by conv. time" columns, such as “Conversions (by conv. time)” and “Conv. value (by conv. time)” in Google Ads.
If you still aren't able to identify a sufficient reason for the discrepancy, please get back to us with the complete API logs (
request and
response with
request-id and
request header) generated at your end while uploading the conversions with
conversion time attributing to a specific timeframe. Also, confirm the count of conversions uploaded. Additionally, include the uncropped UI screenshot (from your Google Ads account) highlighting the discrepancy in data observed over the same timeframe.
