Since you're using the Python client library, have you tried following the steps mentioned on this guide when setting up the OAuth Web Application Flow of the client library? In addition to that, we also suggest that you reach out to the client library owners (via this link) as they're the appropriate team to provide guidance on issues related to the client library.
