Pause an Audience

Hi

I can pause an audience via Editor and the UI but I just can't work out how to do it via the API. I've checked through the documentation but couldn't find anything on how to pause an audience either at a campaign or ad group level.

I'm using Python. Any help would really be appreciated.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. You can use the AdGroupCriterionService and set the userStatus of the criterion to PAUSED if the audience is set at the ad group level. Similarly, if it is set at the campaign level, you can use the CampaignCriterionService and set the campaignCriterionService to PAUSED.

Similarly, if you're using the Google Ads API, you can use the AdGroupCriterionService to set the status to PAUSED or the CampaignCriterionService to set the status to PAUSED.
