How to differentiate Paid vs. Grants accounts

We are currently listing accounts via the ManagedCustomerService API, but we need to be able to know programmatically if each account is a Google Grants account or a normal paid account.  I'm not finding anything in the API that tells that -- is it possible?

There is no way to get that information from the AdWords API at this time.
