Basic access / update more than 10k placements per day

Hello, I have a question about updating vs basic access. I have tens of accounts with GDN campaigns and they need to update bids & negatives of large number of placements. When I count them together, it will be more than 10k operations and will easily reach limit or basic access. Do I understand correctly than the only way is to apply for standard access? I was searching for bulk operations (MutateJobService), everywhere is mentioned it's perfect for long-running operations, but is there a way to launch bulk update operation in a single day for more than 10k placements for single basic account? 10k is fully OK for reporting, not managing large number of accounts. Thank you

Yes, it seems you will need to apply for Standard access if you want to run these operations daily. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
