Applied multiple times no response at all!!

Hi, so recently I have had to integrate ads api into my application it is crucial that I get it integrated,

I have applied for basic access with this account 769-828-2260

but as I see its now a common problem I am not getting a response, not even an email saying they recieved it, all progress on development pertaining this module has stopped as a result. Please atleast just give me an update
