ManagedCustomerService -> GetAccountHierarchy : No accounts ?

Hi,

I have two standards accounts : 924-162-8330  |  351-838-5965 

With the first, i can get the hierarchy and receive all accounts.
But with the second, the service says "no entry".

these two accounts are live, i don't understand.

Can you help me ?

Hi Ludo,

ManagedCustomerService only works with the accounts in an MCC hierarchy, so it won't return any information for a standalone account that's not under any MCCs.
