CANT USE PORTFOLIO BID STRATEGY WITH DISCOVERY ADDS

I am trying to create or edit a campaign with a portfolio bid strategy but i am continuously shown  the error below .
OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CAMPAIGN_TYPE
