Call Conversions data - How to get it?

Hi,

How can I get data from Call Conversions? Google Ads UI has a report ("native report) that shows information regarding call conversions, such as:

- Call start time
- Call duration
- Caller country code
- Caller area code
- Caller phone number
- Status
- Call - source ad or website
- Call type

I am new to API and need to figure out how to find it. Can I retrieve this information from the API?

i am also unable to find a field to select caller phone number. there are other details available. but no option to fetch phone number.

SELECT call_view.call_duration_seconds, call_view.call_status, call_view.start_call_date_time FROM call_view.

hope google will add this soon.

I was able to confirm that phone_number won't be exposed in the API due to privacy concerns.

But if we can see it in the Google Ads UI, why can't we retrieve it? The person will need the API token / access to Google Ads anyway.

Hi Alexandre,

Unfortunately I don't have any other details other than that this field isn't available in the API. If that does change at some point, it will be captured either in a blog post, or in the release notes of an upcoming release.
