Basic Access of Google Ads API

Hello,

Over a month ago we applied for basic access, to which we never received a reply. After waiting about 2 weeks we made contact using https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api but this, again, went without a reply.

Last week we decided to apply again, thinking maybe something was wrong in our contact details. But again, no reply.

Maybe someone here can have our situation looked at, this would be greatly appreciated.

Our MCC is 645-450-8321
We never received a case number.

Thanks for replying! 

The @Compliance Team finally replied to me and they had a few follow up questions that I answered right away. 
Since I'm in a hurry though, I'm wondering how long the response time usually is? I don't want to wait weeks before they get back to me again.

We are glad to hear that the Compliance Team already responded to you. We do understand that you don’t want to wait for weeks before they get back to you again. However, our team could not comment further on how long the response time will be after the follow-up questions. With this, we suggest that you wait and continue your communication with them on the said ticket where they have responded for further updates regarding your access application.
