How to use targetingidea with Google Api

You can use the words googleapis to get information and then make comparisons? Just as I do with Google Analytics (https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/data/ga?ids=ga), for example in php.

If for possible where and how I can make this integration with my system?
