Retrieving available chain ids and associated data

Hi.

I'd like to implement an option for users to add affiliate locations to their accounts, like in this example:

https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/location-extensions/affiliate-location-extensions

This requires chainIds, but it doesn't show how to retrieve those. How can I retrieve via the Ads API the list of available chain ids with associated names and information?

Hello,

That list is patently incomplete. It only includes  GENERAL_RETAILERS from the US. In fact I am primarily interested in car dealers in Europe, which I know exist because I can select them for my accounts via the Google Ads website. So please, where can I get a complete and current list?
