appId when creating audience with uploadKeyType to MOBILE_ADVERTISING

we are planning to create batch to upload mobile id to customer match audience regularly ,so i have 2 question

1. seems like we cannot upload ios and android mobile id to same audience, correct?

2. When we create audience with uploadKeyType to MOBILE_ADVERTISING it's required us to provide appId as well

so, what's the purpose of appId here? if it's just to distinguish for IOS and ANDROID, can i use same appId for different audience?

Hi Fikrih,

Thank you for reaching out. For your first question, that is correct. A single list upload can’t include both Apple and Android advertising IDs.

For your second question, the uploadKeyType should be MOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID. The appID is to specify which app the data came from. Each mobile advertising user list should contain the data from a single app.
