Match rate column showing "-" when uploading users through API

Hello,

We are uploading users to the Customer Match Audience list on a daily basis, but we are seeing that despite performing many successful uploads, we are seeing "-" in the match rate column. We see this in uploads that were performed more than 48 hours ago. The audience size is also very small. What does the "-" mean in the match rate? Does it mean our uploaded users are not matching correctly?

With regard to your concern to match rate, we recommend reaching out to the Product support team (via this link (https://support.google.com/google-ads/gethelp) to assist you further on your concern and questions. Kindly note that, it usually takes up to 48 hours to correctly process your Customer Match data. Check back after 48 hours. Since you've mentioned that you're able upload Segments successfully then there shouldn't be any issues in the API. In the API perspective, kindly check the Customer Match consideration (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/remarketing/audience-types/customer-match#customer_match_considerations) When implementing Customer Match.
