Keyword MaxCPC-Change to TopOfPage

Hey,

when we try to change a maxCPC-Value of a keyword to TopOfPage without success through api, adwords removes the maxCPC-Value and delivers the keyword with an empty maxCPC. This Keyword uses maxCPC of Adgroup then.

If we try to change the same in the adwords-UI, adwords doesnt change anything and delivers the message: "Your change was not applicable to any of selected rows. No changes have been made. Dismiss".

Why do we have a different behaviour here?

Hi,

Could you provide the clientCustomerId and a sample (AdGroupId, AdGroupCriterionId) pair for which the maxCPC value was removed when you tried to change it to the TopOfPageCpc? If you happen to have the SOAP request and response logs for this operation, please send them over via the Reply privately to author option so I can further investigate.
