Information request for criteria ids defined for Detailed demographics, similar audience.

I am seeing criteriaids defined for in-market audience (https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/codes-formats).

Is there any place for criteria ids defined for Detailed demographics, similar audience, youtube users, customer list?

When I pull using CampaignCriterionService for campaign ids and using selector with predicates like USER_LIST, USER_INTEREST.

I see criteria ids defined for USER_INTEREST details.I am looking such details in a csv or tsv file.
