Unfortunately, it seems that App Conversion Tracking API doesn't have a dedicated support channel that I can reach out to. The support contact under
this page connects me with Google Ads support. The support staff told me that I should be emailing this inquiry to the Google Ads API team via
googleadsa...@google.com email which I did too. So now, I'm in a limbo position without any right contact I can ask for support.
I just wished Google Ads API support could take the ownership of the
cross team support in Google Ads API Products when they are tied to one
another.
Alternatively, given that I'm still asking for support on a sister tool on Google Ads product suite, and arguably Google Ads API Support seems to be the converging point from other support routes, I wish you could at least point me to the right person who can shed some lights on this matter. I always have this great experience with Google Ads Script API when something goes beyond their team, they direct me to this forum which
leaves some clues for me to pursue my inquiry.
