Application for Google Ads API Basic access - No response

Hi there, 

I have applied for basic access for the Google Ads API over 2 months ago and didn't recieve any feedback. 

Please assist this issue due to I have tried to apply to support of compliance team and didn't recieve any response too.

No case ID was given, and no confirmation mail was received. 

• Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 582-061-2017
• Access level: basic access requested
