Hi Google Ads API Team,
I am reaching out here as a last resort because my development cycle is completely blocked, and I have received zero communication from the Compliance team in over a month.
The Issue:
My application for "Basic Access" has been stuck in pending status since mid-December. I have not received any approval, rejection, or request for more information. Just silence.
Context:
App Type: SaaS Analytics (Read-Only / Reporting).
OAuth Verification: Completed and Approved.
Privacy Policy: Fully compliant and visible in the footer (explicitly mentions Google API usage).
MCC ID: [359-769-6898]
Timeline of attempts:
Dec 22, 2025: Applied for Basic Access (Case ID: 3-2997000040045). Received auto-reply, then nothing.
Jan 06, 2026: Re-applied assuming the first one was lost during holidays (Case ID: 4-9098000040423).
Last Week: Submitted the Compliance Support form asking for a status update. No response.
I understand the Compliance team is separate from the Tech Support team, but a 30+-day delay without a single human interaction suggests a system error or that my ticket is lost in a queue.
Could you please flag this to the relevant internal team? I am ready to provide any documentation needed immediately.
