RefreshToken Showing blank page

I have entered client id and secret in auth.ini file.In the next step when I tried to get the refresh token its showing blank page, however I am not receiving any error message.My developer token is pending for approval.Is it the reason? I have created an MCC account and linked an existing Adwords account to it.

Suma,

The developer token doesn't affect the OAuth 2.0 authentication. However, have you had a chance to review the authentication guide in detail as well as the PHP client library OAuth 2.0 guide?

I struggled with this for like ever. Then I realized that I needed to run php from the command line and not a web browser. Once I did that I was able to break past this error. I'm not sure that's your problem or not.
But it was my issue for some time.
